Each building has a laundry room for the residents of that specific building Laundry rooms are equipped with high efficiency, top load washers and dryers. For best results it is recommended that residents use high efficiency laundry detergent (marked with the ‘he’ symbol on the container).
Machines are operated using a card system. All new residents will receive a laundry card when they check into their unit.
Residents can then add value to their cards in the following way: A Card Credit Machine is located on the exterior est side of the club house building. The machine accepts $5, $10 & $20 dollar bills and transfers that amount to the card.
Residents receive one free laundry card. Replacement laundry cards can be purchased for $5.00 from the Cash-to-Card Machine . Any value on lost, stolen or misplaced cards cannot be refunded.
